We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a growing upscale-casual, farm-to-table restaurant concept in Glen Mills, PA.
The concept focuses on seasonally changing menus, locally sourced ingredients, quality food, thoughtful hospitality, and an elevated guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations and service
- Hire, train, coach, and develop team members
- Manage scheduling, labor, and staffing levels
- Monitor food cost, inventory, waste, and operational expenses
- Support financial performance and profitability
- Partner with culinary leadership to maintain food quality and execution
- Drive strong guest satisfaction and service standards
- Handle guest and employee concerns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Lead by example in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Qualifications
- 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Full-service restaurant experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with labor, scheduling, inventory, and financial controls
- Strong guest-service orientation
- Comfortable working closely with FOH and BOH teams
- Interest in quality food, hospitality, and seasonal cuisine
