General Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our restaurant locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations in accordance with company policies, ensuring the highest quality food, service, and guest experience.
- Profitability & Sales: Focus on driving sales, increasing profitability, and reducing costs through effective staff training, marketing, and strategic management.
- Staffing & Personnel Management: Handle all aspects of team management including hiring, training, evaluating, scheduling, and enforcing company policies. Foster a positive work environment and manage conflict resolution effectively.
- Financial Oversight: Oversee restaurant accounting including payroll, inventory, forecasting, audits, and cash control procedures.
- Marketing: Lead local restaurant marketing efforts to boost sales and community engagement.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to sanitation, safety, and security standards while maintaining a clean, safe work environment for staff and guests.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with a focus on efficiency
- Solid math skills and experience with restaurant financials
- Proficient with basic computer applications and restaurant management software
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
