General Manager - QSR Restaurant | $65K-$75K + Monthly Bonus

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume QSR restaurant and drive strong operational, financial, and team performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven restaurant leader who knows how to build strong teams, maintain high standards, control costs, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of General Manager experience in a quick-service restaurant environment, with experience in Wendy’s or a similar major QSR brand highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant's daily operations and overall performance
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant team members
• Build and maintain a strong management and crew team
• Manage scheduling, labor, staffing, and employee development
• Monitor sales and financial performance and manage controllable costs
• Read and understand P&L statements and use financial information to improve results
• Manage food ordering, inventory, and operational systems
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards
• Build strong relationships with guests and create a welcoming restaurant environment
• Lead by example and create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of General Manager experience in a QSR environment
• Wendy’s experience strongly preferred; comparable QSR experience will be considered
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L management and financial controls
• Experience with food ordering, inventory, and restaurant operating systems
• Proven ability to manage labor, scheduling, and staffing
• Strong recruiting, training, coaching, and team-development skills
• Ability to lead a high-volume restaurant while maintaining operational standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer-service mindset
• Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Ability to create a positive, team-oriented restaurant culture
