An expanding fast-casual restaurant concept is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-energy operation in Washington, DC.
What You'll Do
As General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the restaurant team and driving strong operational results.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers, supervisors, and hourly team members
• Build a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure consistent execution
• Drive sales, service, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• Manage labor, food costs, and other controllable expenses
• Analyze operating results and identify opportunities for improvement
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members
• Develop managers and build a strong leadership pipeline
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and service
• Make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
What We're Looking For
• 3 to 5 years of progressive restaurant management experience
• At least 2 years managing managers, supervisors, or large hourly teams
• Proven experience leading a high-volume restaurant operation
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Ability to analyze restaurant data and turn insights into action
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Experience with fast casual, QSR, Mediterranean, halal, campus dining, or other high volume restaurant concepts is highly relevant.
