An award-winning, high-volume restaurant is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead its culinary team. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for a chef who is passionate about seasonal cuisine, developing people, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Working alongside the General Manager, you'll oversee all back-of-house operations, drive culinary excellence, manage costs, and build a strong, high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead all kitchen operations and daily service
- Recruit, train, and develop culinary team members
- Manage food cost, labor, inventory, and ordering
- Maintain exceptional food quality and consistency
- Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
- Partner with leadership to achieve operational and financial goals
Qualifications
- Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven success managing food cost, labor, and inventory
- Passion for fresh, seasonal, chef-driven cuisine
