We’re seeking a culinary leader to own the kitchen, craft the menu, and create unforgettable dining experiences. Seafood or catering experience is a plus, but most importantly, you lead by example, love your craft, and thrive in a collaborative environment. This is a full-time, long-term role at a family-owned restaurant where your creativity directly impacts the business and the community.

What You’ll Own

  • Menu & Vision: Craft and execute the menu, source ingredients, and drive culinary innovation
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and inspire a back-of-house team that delivers excellence in every service
  • Operations & Profitability: Oversee inventory, food costs, pricing, and kitchen efficiency
  • Service Standards: Lead by example during service, maintaining a clean, professional, and organized kitchen
