A rapidly growing multi-brand restaurant organization is seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations and help scale the finance function across a growing portfolio of restaurant and real estate entities.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a restaurant finance leader who understands multi-unit P&Ls, complex accounting operations, and fast paced growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Current or recent Controller with 3 to 5 years of Controller experience
• Strong multi-unit restaurant accounting experience required
• Deep understanding of restaurant P&Ls and financial reporting
• Multi-entity or franchise accounting experience strongly preferred
• Master's degree required
• Experience with Sage Intacct implementation or administration preferred
• Knowledge of lease accounting, loans, compliance and financial reporting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a rapidly growing, constantly changing organization
• CPA is not required.
