Responsibilities
As an Operations Analyst Intern, you will learn about the following:
- Creating warehouse and business summaries – 102, 851, CNA, TRS, WEB
- Creating various reports as requested by management to help increase efficiency, accuracy, and stat tracking
- Overseeing system rollouts and providing feedback to appropriate teams as necessary
- Serving as point of contact with OSS and I.T. for various projects
- Reviewing and assessing IT needs for the warehouse and act as a liaison for our IT team to replace and/or purchase equipment
- Identifying process and reporting improvements by challenging the status quo
- Working with managers to improve team, department, and process data tracking and reporting
- Other duties as assigned
- Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs.
Experience:
- Previous work history, showing that you display our company's core values.
- Distribution or warehousing experience is a plus.
- Preference will be given to juniors and seniors or those graduating in the 2026 or 2027 school years

- Strong knowledge in MS Excel
- Ability to work in a fast–paced and deadline driven environment
- Exhibit analytical thinking and problem solving
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Passion for supply chain management and process enhancement
- Demonstrate maturity, responsibility and leadership ability
- Must be able push and pull up to 150 lbs, as well as lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to constantly bend, reach, squat, twist, and stand throughout shift
