Facilities Associate

Job Summary The Facilities Associate with The Restaurant Store is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in a retail branch location. The Facilities Associate will achieve a variety of operational goals by performing daily janitorial and building upkeep tasks. By ensuring the branch is consistently clean and well-maintained, the Facilities Associate supports a positive customer experience while aligning with the operational goals of our store teams. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming retail branch environment • Perform daily janitorial tasks, including sweeping, restroom and breakroom cleaning, and dusting shelves • Clean and sanitize flat surfaces such as manager counters, phones, and cart handles • Operate floor scrubbers and maintain floor cleanliness throughout the branch • Handle outdoor cleanup, including trash removal and seasonal maintenance • Support a positive customer experience through consistent building upkeep • Align facility maintenance efforts with the goals of sales, merchandising, and inventory teams • Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
