What you will do
In this role, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support across multiple teams.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for calls, visitors, and inquiries
- Manage and distribute mail, correspondence, and documentation within established timelines
- Prepare letters, reports, and other materials for leadership and service teams
- Track and organize data to support service coordination
- Assist with referrals, service plans, and required documentation
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and team logistics
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and filing systems
- Support special projects, audits, and team initiatives
- Assist with office operations, supplies, and equipment
- Provide occasional front desk coverage as needed
What you bring
Minimum qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least three years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or office coordination
- Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and database systems
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
Preferred qualifications
- Five or more years of administrative experience
- College coursework in business, human services, or a related field
Work environment
This position includes a combination of office-based and community-related work. The role requires the ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the day, with occasional additional coverage needs.
