Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day production activities on the laundry floor, ensuring that all processes are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
- Lead, motivate, and train production team members to enhance productivity, maintain high morale, and foster a positive working environment.
- Monitor equipment operation and coordinate regular maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure safety compliance.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures, making sure all employees adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with inventory and supply chain departments to ensure that necessary materials and resources are available to maintain continuous workflow.
- Maintain accurate production records, prepare reports, and communicate daily progress and challenges to upper management.
- Identify areas for process improvements and work collaboratively with management to implement changes that boost efficiency and reduce costs.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, or laundry environment is highly preferred.
