Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in office management, bookkeeping, and Excel, Word, and Smartsheet. Duties
- Oversee daily office operations, including tracking and managing orders, overseeing the facility, and maintaining company bookkeeping records.
- Manage calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and event planning for company functions.
- Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting, and work with Smart Sheets and Google Docs.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence.
Experience
- Proven experience in office administration or management roles within a professional setting
- Strong background in bookkeeping and accounting software, particularly QuickBooks
- Demonstrated supervisory experience overseeing teams or projects
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Practical communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism and customer service
- Knowledge of calendar management, filing systems, and front desk operations is essential
