Job Summary
We are seeking a Housekeeper to oversee our housekeeping operations at an assisted living community. The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping within an assisted living environment with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Small community-No direct reports at this time
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas of community and light cleaning/vacuuming in resident rooms
- Ensure infection control cleanliness, vacuuming, windows, dusting, trash, and mopping standards are met
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping at an assisted living facility
- Knowledge of floor care and custodial practices
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must maintain a positive attitude
- Understanding of healthcare industry standards
Pay: $16.00 per hour
