Location: The Residence at Colvin Run – 1131 Walker Rd, Great Falls, VA 22066
Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16 – $18 per hour

The Residence at Colvin Run is a warm, welcoming senior living community dedicated to providing exceptional care and meaningful experiences for our residents. We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Transportation Associate to join our team.
Position Summary
The Transportation Associate is responsible for safely operating the community vehicle to transport residents to appointments, activities, and other destinations. This role also includes assisting residents with entering and exiting the vehicle, carrying packages when needed, and ensuring all trips are comfortable and safe.
Responsibilities
Safely operate a 7- to 15-passenger vehicle.
Assist residents with boarding, exiting, and belongings.
Transport residents to scheduled appointments, group outings, and other destinations.
Enforce all safety rules while traveling.
Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and in safe working condition.
Complete trip logs and maintain required paperwork.
Provide friendly and professional customer service to residents and families.
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations in the past 3 years.
At least 1 year of safe driving experience required.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to lift, bend, and assist residents as needed.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
