What You’ll Get to Do
- Manage daily accounting operations including billing, payments, deposits, and monthly reconciliations
- Prepare internal financial summaries and reporting for ownership
- Process weekly payroll while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality
- Oversee employee onboarding, maintain personnel files, and support HR documentation
- Update internal policies such as handbooks, procedures, and announcements
- Serve as a professional point of contact for vendors, clients, and internal staff
- Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Coordinate general office needs, supplies, and administrative workflows
- Support ownership with operational and financial projects
What You Bring
- 3 years of accounting and administrative leadership experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and communicate clearly across the business
