Overview
The Reserve Culinary Tavern is looking for a dependable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, works well under pressure, and enjoys being part of a team focused on quality and consistency. You’ll play a key role in executing our menu and delivering a memorable dining experience to every guest.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and execute menu items according to house standards, maintaining consistency in flavor and presentation
- Assist with daily prep including cutting, portioning, and organizing ingredients for service
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and service-ready at all times
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment
- Work closely with the team during service to keep tickets flowing efficiently
- Support occasional events and larger-volume prep as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen (scratch or upscale preferred)
- Solid understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen workflow
- Comfortable using knives and standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Ability to stay organized and focused in a high-energy environment
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Food safety knowledge or certifications are a plus
