This is a unique working regional leadership position. The Regional Director of Plant Operations will continue to serve as the primary maintenance professional for the Oswego community, personally completing work orders, preventive maintenance, apartment turns, repairs, life-safety responsibilities, and emergency maintenance needs.

In addition, this position will provide regional leadership, training, accountability, and support to Plant Operations/Maintenance teams at assigned Longevity Senior Living communities. The Regional Director will partner with Executive Directors and Operations leadership to ensure our communities are safe, well maintained, compliant, and consistently meeting Longevity standards.
