What You'll DO
As an LPN, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centered care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
You will:
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor residents’ health status and respond to changes promptly
- Perform nursing assessments within LPN scope
- Document care and observations in the electronic health record
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team
- Provide guidance and support to caregivers and med techs
- Help ensure residents’ safety, dignity, and well-being
This role is ideal for nurses who value relationships, teamwork, and meaningful resident care.
Required Qualification
- Current, active Illinois LPN license (required)
- Graduate of accredited practical nursing program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work the 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM shift
Preferred Experience
- Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care experience
- Dementia care experience or training
- Medication administration and wound care experience
- Experience with EHR systems such as ALIS
