What You Will Do:
This position is responsible for greeting and seating residents and guests in a professional manner and maintain a customer focused attitude at all times while managing traffic flow and balancing the serving responsibilities among the food servers.
- Greets and seats residents and guests.
- Functions as the resident services contact person during meal periods.
- Processes guest meal charges.
- Assists with orientation and training of new Dining Room personnel.
- Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.
- Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, personal sanitation, and hygiene.
- Attend in-service classes and staff meetings, as required.
- Dependable and able to meet schedule requirements (attendance and punctuality).
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
