Program Coordinator of the Empire State Service...

Job Summary: SUNY RF is seeking an experienced program coordinator for the state's largest AmeriCorps program, the Empire State Service Corps, is a part-time 300-hour program for over 500 members across 45 SUNY schools. The Program coordinator will be responsible for supporting program operations, including supporting the program director, and responsible for the back-end support of the program (records management, program outcome tracking, compliance data)

Job Duties:

• Support the implementation of nearly $3 million federal AmeriCorps grant to 40 subgrantees
• Support federal reporting requirements and deliverables
• Manage compliance and reporting
• Review professional development and training plan for over 500 Corps members
• Support the planning and organization of an annual in-person summit for all corps members

Requirements:

Required Education/ Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree, 1 year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted

Preferred Education/ Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Growth mindset and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple competing priorities
• Strong time management and long-term planning skills
• Excellent communication skills including working with multiple campus contacts, external partners, and other stakeholders
• Comfortable with grant reporting requirements and ability to keep required documentation especially AmeriCorps or federal grant reporting
• Experience with compliance activities and internal controls management

Salary Range: 65K-75K

Office/Location: Albany, NY
