You'll serve as a key point of contact for contractors and builders, ensuring every interaction reflects the level of service our company is known for.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and through email.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, scheduling, and delivery updates.
- Coordinate with our sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate communication.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Support daily office operations and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of customer service, customer support, or administrative experience.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Professional, confident, and courteous phone presence.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable learning new software and technology.
- Experience in the building materials, construction, doors, windows, or millwork industry is a strong advantage but not required.
