Job Summary:
Seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to perform rent-ready work, routine maintenance work orders, exterior property upkeep, and groundskeeping. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and takes pride in maintaining properties to a high standard while maintaining a positive attitude.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in plumbing, painting/drywall, and appliance repair.
- Strong work ethic and dedication to delivering quality results.
- Highly organized and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with tenants, peers, and vendors.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
- Must be available for on-call emergency service as needed.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
