Local real estate company in Claremont is seeking to fill a position for a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser and/or Trainee.
1. Experienced Appraiser
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial real estate appraisal
- Focus on commercial and residential income properties throughout the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire
- 4-year degree with a major or minor in Real Estate (or closely related field)
- Certified General Appraisal License required
- Strong writing, oral communication, and analytical skills are essential
2. Trainee
- Currently possess or actively working toward a 4-year degree and/or Certified General Appraisal License
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong interest in commercial real estate and appraisal preferred
