Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews.
- Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Provide acute pain management strategies and trigger point therapy as needed.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness strategies, and the benefits of chiropractic care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Experience
- A Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Proven experience in primary care settings is preferred, with a focus on occupational health and pain management.
- Active State of Michigan Chiropractic License in good standing.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is essential.
- Webster Technique is a Plus!
- Familiarity with various chiropractic techniques and therapies is advantageous.
- Excellent observational skills for assessing patient conditions effectively.
