Agile Mind seeks an inspiring and experienced Regional Vice President of Educational Partnerships. Your role will be as a player/coach, heading up your own territory while leading both an outside and inside sales professional. The ideal candidate will be intensely motivated both by sales success and by the Agile Mind mission, be able to quickly build relationships with key district decision makers and have an outstanding record of selling and managing a team in the education space.

Major Responsibilities
- Contribute directly as a sales director selling to larger district accounts in the Northeast and the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia)
- Provide hands-on leadership and management of two direct reports from Agile Mind's outside and inside sales team
- Develop regional account plans and manage sales pipeline to achieve sales targets and drive successful results
- Manage individual and team members daily, weekly, and monthly activities, pipelines, and forecasts incisively and effectively to ensure accurate, ongoing sharing of high-yield practices
- Train and mentor sales team members and assist in recruiting new team members as necessary
- Provide strategic and tactical support and direction to sales team members
- Grow revenue within your territory through the acquisition of new partnerships, and the expansion of existing partnerships
- Develop and nurture relationships with educators and decision makers at the school, district, and state levels to maximize growth opportunities for new and existing accounts
- Lead virtual and in-person advocacy events including lunch/learn experiences and conference participation to build pipeline, present programs, and advance partnerships
- Master strong content knowledge of Agile Mind's products and services
Preferred Qualifications
- Experienced sales leader with a proven track record of exceeding targets by growing and managing high performing sales teams; outstanding motivator and mentor
- Experience in a player/coach role
- Several years' proven successful experience selling math/science/literacy to school districts within education, 6-12 highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Reside in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, or Southern NJ/Philly
- Capability to work remotely with the ability to travel within the territory 40% of the time
- Bachelor's Degree required
