We are looking for a Spa Attendant (Spa Tender) to help create the seamless, elevated guest experience The Renaissance is known for.
This is not just a “back of house” position — you are a key part of the flow, comfort, and energy of the spa. You help ensure that every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and completely taken care of from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave.
What You’ll Do:
- Warmly welcome guests and assist them throughout their visit
- Escort clients to locker rooms and lounge areas
- Maintain the comfort and cleanliness of lounges, locker rooms, and alternative wellness areas
- Keep a constant flow of laundry (wash, dry, fold, restock linens & robes)
- Serve beverages (coffee, tea, water, wine, etc.)
- Help manage the flow of guests between appointments
- Assist guests with alternative wellness services (sauna, salt room, float, cryotherapy, etc.)
- Educate guests on the benefits of our alternative wellness offerings
- Ensure all spaces are stocked, organized, and guest-ready at all times
- Support the team in delivering a luxury, high-volume spa experience
