Renaissance is expanding and we currently have an opening for a Mobile Technician to keep up with the high volume in our service department. We have an immediate need for an Experienced Mobile Technician with TOP EARNING POTENTIAL based on skill level. Enjoy a great place to work!
Responsibilities of a Mobile Service Technician at Renaissance include, but are not limited to:
- Commute to job sites and performed needed repairs on vehicles. Mainly recalls and basic service.
- Clearly communicate with the guest or advisor about vehicle needs.
- Be self-motivated to ensure work is completed in a timely manner.
- Upsell work that can be brought back to the dealership.
- Diagnosing and repairing vehicles to specifications; ensuring vehicles are safe to drive.
- Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers on an as-required basis.
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
- Must be able to properly diagnose, repair, and document repairs.
- Possess a strong work ethic and drive
- Ability to complete jobs correctly and efficiently the first time.
Qualifications of a Renaissance Automotive Technician are:
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background screen.
- Strong computer and internet skills.
- Automotive certifications or designation desired.
- Capable of driving both automatic and manual transmissions.
- Possess all basic tools needed to repair vehicles.
- Capable of communicating with co-workers clearly and effectively.
- Excellent guest service skills.
