The Renaissance Companies is seeking to hire an attentive Bookkeeper for our fast-growing automotive group in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina!
As our bookkeeper, your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with preparation of financial statements such as funding notices, balance and clearing sheets.
- Posting vehicle sales and purchases across software applications.
- Submitting for product cancelations and product reimbursements.
- Reconcile floor plan.
- Preparing required reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintaining contact as necessary with management staff, lenders, and customers.
- Performing other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years bookkeeping experience, automotive dealership experience preferred
- Technologically savvy
- Proficient on Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and with members of a team when needed
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
- Great attention to detail
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy.
