This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Fish Fillet Cutter based in Mobile, Alabama. The role involves precise and efficient cutting, trimming, and processing of seafood products according to quality standards. Responsibilities also include ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards in the workplace, managing tools and equipment, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and product quality throughout the filleting process.
- Proficient fish cutting skills, including filleting, trimming, and deboning
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality
- Familiarity with safety protocols and workplace hygiene standards in food processing
- Experience with handling tools, knives, and equipment used in seafood processing
- Physical stamina for prolonged standing and manual labor
- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet production targets
- Availability to work on-site at the Mobile, AL facility
- Prior experience in seafood processing or a similar food industry role is a plus
