What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow referral networks among neurology specialists.
- Identify new business opportunities within your territory and strategically grow market share.
- Build long-term relationships with providers, health systems, and key opinion leaders.
- Represent the voice of the customer — sharing insights and feedback that shape service offerings and patient care strategies.
- Partner closely with internal teams to ensure seamless referral processing and a smooth patient experience.
- Consistently meet and exceed referral, revenue, and client satisfaction goals.
What You Bring
- 3 years of proven success in specialty pharmacy or infusion services.
- Experience selling to physicians, health systems, and specialty practices.
- Strong business development skills and a track record of meeting growth targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge of CRM systems, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and think strategically.
