Regional Sales Manager / Account Executive
Specialty Infusion | IVIG | Biologic Therapies
As a Regional Sales Manager / Account Executive, you'll serve as a trusted partner to physicians, healthcare providers, and referral sources, helping patients gain access to specialty infusion, IVIG, and biologic therapies in the most appropriate care setting. You'll play a key role in expanding access to treatment while supporting providers with education, care coordination, and patient-centered solutions.
What You'll Do
Build and strengthen relationships with physicians, specialty clinics, infusion providers, health systems, and other healthcare stakeholders throughout your territory.
Serve as a clinical and business resource, educating providers on specialty infusion therapies, patient access pathways, reimbursement considerations, and care coordination support.
Develop and execute strategic territory plans designed to increase referrals, expand market presence, and drive sustainable growth.
Identify, engage, and influence key decision-makers involved in treatment selection, referral management, and patient care coordination.
Partner with healthcare teams to help streamline access to specialty therapies and improve the overall patient experience.
Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, networking events, and educational programs.
Leverage market intelligence, competitive insights, and territory analytics to identify opportunities and guide strategic growth initiatives.
Maintain a consultative, patient-focused sales approach while consistently achieving and exceeding performance objectives.
Utilize CRM and sales tools to effectively manage pipeline activity, territory planning, account development, and forecasting.
Stay current on industry trends, specialty infusion therapies, reimbursement changes, healthcare economics, and market dynamics.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree preferred.
