You will be responsible for overseeing tax preparation processes, working directly with high-value clients, and helping to grow our service offerings. You will also play a central role in developing and delivering value-added, fee-based services for both existing clients and new prospects.

You will be responsible for overseeing tax preparation processes, working directly with high-value clients, and helping to grow our service offerings. You will also play a central role in developing and delivering value-added, fee-based services for both existing clients and new prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the firm’s tax planning and accounting division
- Oversee the process for personal and business tax return preparation
- Meet with key and top-tier clients to provide strategic tax guidance
- Prepare and review complex individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns
- Identify and develop additional revenue-generating advisory services
- Collaborate with team members to improve systems, workflows, and client experience
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff
- Support business development efforts, including client onboarding and service expansion
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in tax preparation (personal and business)
- CPA or Enrolled Agent designation preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working directly with clients
- High level of professionalism, organization, and initiative
- Experience with QuickBooks, tax software, and accounting workflows
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to grow with a firm and be part of a collaborative leadership team
