What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist - Pompano Beach position at The Related Group?

Sales & Operations:
- Maintain a professional, friendly attitude in all interactions with prospective clients and key stakeholders.
- Manage and respond to all incoming inquiries for the project (phone calls, emails, online submissions, etc.)
- Schedule all broker & buyer appointments with the sales team and sponsor
- Assist the sales team with CRM database functions, including data entry and lead distribution
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and visitor access
- Maintain the front desk area and sales gallery in a clean, organized, and professional condition.
- Communicate effectively with management, butler staff, in-house team, and security.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the highest standards of hospitality.
- Maintain a detailed list of incoming inquiries and disbursement of leads to the sales team
About You:
- 2 years of professional experience
- Experience in client relationship management & customer service with a positive attitude and welcoming disposition is a must
- Available to work Saturdays & Sundays, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- The ability to respond to inquiries in a timely manner is essential
- Organized and focused in a fast-paced environment while juggling many different tasks
- Detail-oriented and customer service-oriented
- Tech-savvy - A working knowledge of MS Office products, particularly MS Excel, will be a requirement for this role
