Data Analyst 1

The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is a professional services and consulting firm committed to our Government customers. We provide highly qualified professionals to support the mission of our clients. TRG is seeking a Data Analyst I to join our team in supporting the General Services Administration (GSA). This position is currently remote and Part Time; approximately 20-29 hours per week (hours may vary).

Duties And Responsibilities

• Entry of requested GSA vendor partner container bookings from GSA system into IBSSUST system.
• Entry of IBSSUST booking confirmation into GSA system.
• Coordination via email with GSA and Vendor to confirm IBSSUST booking.
• Creation of Transportation Control Movement Document (TCMD) via GATES - entry of confirmed container information provided by vendor partner into GATES system (final booking).
• Coordination via email with GSA and Vendor to provide TCMD.
• Management of Hazmat Documentation
• Ad hoc support of modifications or updates to existing bookings via phone or email.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with two (2) years of relevant work experience is required.
• Must be Public Trust clearance eligible.
• Must obtain ECA certificate for access to US Military sites. - Training will be provided.
• Must obtain Shipper Certification with IBS Sustainment Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) - Training will be provided.
• Must obtain certification for access to GATES - Training will be provided.
• Understanding of Commercial Shipping processes preferred.
