RN Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
- Develop and implement resident care plans and nursing strategies
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing assistants, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Administer medications and document treatments, resident conditions, and changes in status
- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality patient care and compliance with facility standards
- Ensure all state, federal, and facility safety regulations and procedures are followed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and resident-focused environment
- Utilize nursing equipment and supplies according to established procedures
- Respond appropriately to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition
- Perform additional nursing duties as assigned
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
