- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
- Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Complete nursing documentation and maintain accurate medical records
- Develop, implement, and update resident care plans
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, therapists, CNAs, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure quality resident care
- Respond appropriately to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in health status
- Follow all state, federal, and facility regulations, including infection prevention and safety standards
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compassionate environment for residents
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program
- Current and active RN license in the state of practice
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply
