What You’ll Do
- Monitor and assess residents’ conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and care team
- Administer medications and treatments per orders
- Document care accurately in EHR
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care
What We’re Looking For
- Active RN or LPN license in Iowa
- Skilled in patient assessment and routine procedures
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Familiarity with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner)
