Job Overview
Lead our new Physical Therapy Department as a licensed Physical Therapist, where you will play a vital role in restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving the quality of life for diverse patient populations. Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physical conditions through comprehensive evaluations, including physiology and anatomy knowledge, to determine appropriate treatment strategies.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs, focusing on rehabilitation goals for orthopedics, spinal conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, and sports injuries.
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions such as trigger point therapy, manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, passive modalities and mobility training to promote recovery.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation standards within electronic health records (EHR) systems and EMR systems, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures, home exercises, to support ongoing recovery and self-care.

Experience
- Demonstrated expertise in outpatient rehabilitation center experience or outpatient clinic experience with a focus on patient rehabilitation.
- Familiarity with acute care experience and inpatient experience to handle complex cases efficiently.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to physiotherapy practices and conditions affecting musculoskeletal or neurological systems.
- Experience working with geriatric patients and pediatric populations to address unique developmental or age-related needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals across disciplines to develop effective treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
