Role Overview:
The Marketing Assistant will support the Head of Marketing in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives for The Registry of Aruba, an international aircraft registry serving global aircraft owners, operators, and aviation partners.
This is a highly administrative and coordination-focused role suited to an organized, detail-oriented individual with strong design skills and experience supporting events and marketing projects. The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in planning international industry events, preparing marketing materials, maintaining brand consistency, and managing marketing logistics and documentation.
What You’ll Do
- Support sales outreach, follow-ups, and prospect coordination
- Assist with marketing outreach and follow-ups related to events and campaigns
- Support prospect and client communications
- Prepare contact lists and meeting materials
- Assist in planning and scheduling social media content (primarily LinkedIn)
- Draft and format posts, captions, newsletters, and marketing communications
- Maintain content calendars and marketing trackers
- Coordinate website updates and content uploads
- Support development of presentations, brochures, and promotional materials
- Organize marketing files, templates, assets, and document versions
- Maintain contact databases, mailing lists, and CRM records
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Head of Marketing and Operations teams
Qualifications
- Experience in sales strategies and implementation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and InDesign required)
- Proficiency in marketing and CRM tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally for industry events (required)
- Our office is located in Downtown Miami. You must be comfortable with the commute Monday - Friday.
