Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Stocker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining organized stock levels, ensuring products are properly displayed, and supporting overall team in keeping the store stocked. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle heavy lifting, and excellent communication abilities to ensure smooth store or warehouse functioning. Prior experience in retail, grocery, or warehouse environments is preferred but not mandatory. Bilingual skills are a plus to assist diverse customer needs.
Duties
- Manage inventory levels through accurate stock replenishment and organization
- Stock shelves with merchandise, or other products that need to be replenished.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks to ensure timely processing of deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the storage and sales areas
- Support packaging, labeling, and product organization activities
- Ensure proper inventory control through regular audits and stock checks
- Collaborate with team members to meet store operational goals
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous stocking experience
- Good physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting throughout shifts
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
