IMMEDIATE HIRING: Residential House Cleaner

We're looking to hire EXPERIENCED, RELIABLE, EFFICIENT, TRUSTWORTHY house cleaners with previous experience cleaning Residential, and Commercial properties. At The Refined Clean, we are an up and coming cleaning company based in Los Angeles, changing the way approach cleaning homes.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning residential homes: Our company offers Deep Cleans, Standard Cleans, Move In/Out cleans, short-term rental property cleans, post-construction cleans, event cleanups, and occasionally commercial property cleanings.

• Must provide your own cleaning supplies, and have knowledge using them.

• Effective communication through email and phone.

• Reliable form of transportation is a requirement

The Refined clean is locally owned, aimed to provide meticulous home cleaning services in Los Angeles, and surrounding areas.

• Looking for cleaners with a minimum of 1 years of PROFESSIONAL House Cleaning experience. Commercial cleaning is a plus but not required.

• Can work independently or in a team, making your own schedule. (Teams are highly favored - The more the merrier!)

• Pay is 30-40% of the service fee TIPS

• Cleaning hours can be scheduled anytime between 8 a.m. - 9p.m., Monday through Sunday. This is a flexible schedule, choose your own days and hours. The amount of work given is dependent on work ethic, reliability of the cleaner, and incoming fluctuation of customers.

• Cleaners are expected to provide their own supplies and equipment as this position is an independent contractor position.
