Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including shift management and ensuring smooth service flow.

- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to meet established standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using Toast POS systems; ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Enforce food safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment.
- Monitor customer feedback to resolve issues promptly and improve overall service quality.
Skills
- Proven experience in food industry management with a focus on restaurant or hospitality settings.
- Strong leadership skills with previous supervising or management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants.
- Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS for efficient transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food handling safety standards, and culinary practices.
