Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Utility team member to support our culinary and service operations. The restaurant utility is responsible for general cleaning, moving furniture/equipment, restaurant setup and breakdown, organizing storage areas, and other miscellaneous operational needs. When need will also assist with taking orders to the correct table and guest seats.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bussing, clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables during restaurant service.
- Assist with moving, setting up, and breaking down of the indoor and outdoor restaurant space this includes furniture, tables, chairs, equipment, arranging furniture, covering seating and fire pits, and securing outdoor equipment.
- Support the setup and breakdown of restaurant spaces for daily operations, special events, and private functions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, this includes the sweeping, mopping and removing trash from the service stations, storage rooms, and other F&B spaces.
- Assist with taking orders to the correct table and guest seats
- Transport and restock restaurant supplies, equipment, and other materials between outlets and storage areas.
- Support servers, bartenders, bussers, and other restaurant staff during busy service periods.
- Other duties as assigned.
Pay: $17.00 per hour
