What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeing/Spa Housekeeper position at The Reeds at Shelter Haven?
The Spa Housekeeper at The Salt Spa clears, cleans, and organizes the spa’s treatment rooms, bathrooms and locker rooms, all spa hallways, elevators, front lobbies, salons, preparation areas, and storage closets. They are required to maintain exceptional standards of spa cleanliness while also working with urgency as to not interrupt the guest experience.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Comply with all laws and regulations that pertain to the handling, storage, and use of all cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Daily cleaning of all spa areas in a timely fashion and according to company standards.
- Clean, sanitize, and disinfect all treatment rooms after spa services with care and urgency as to not negatively impact the guests’ experience.
- Maintaining all spa housekeeping closets and storage areas in a clean, tidy, and organized fashion.
- Handle all hotel property (furniture, linens, towels, cleaning supplies, etc.) with respect and in a manner that will maintain its integrity.
- Assist co-workers with their needs as directed.
- Other duties as assigned.
