Are you a driven sales professional passionate about federal IT and cybersecurity solutions? Redda Group has been retained by our client, a fast-growing technology solutions provider, to find a Sales Account Executive to expand their federal civilian sector presence.
What Youโll Do
- Lead the full sales cycle โ from prospecting to closing โ across federal civilian accounts.
- Develop and grow relationships with agency stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Partner with leading technology vendors (Cisco, Crowdstrike, Palo Alto, Splunk, IBM, and more).
- Collaborate with engineering, solutions, and marketing teams to deliver integrated proposals.
- Stay ahead of federal procurement trends to position innovative cybersecurity and IT infrastructure solutions.
What Weโre Looking For
- 3โ7 years of sales experience in federal civilian markets or technology VAR sales.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and federal procurement.
- Strong client relationship-building and communication skills.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).
