This is a newly created role for a strategic, proactive, and trusted right-hand partner to a President who has doubled company revenue over the past four years and is now ready to scale even further.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned Executive Assistant (7–15 years’ experience) who thrives in fast-paced environments, anticipates needs, and brings calm, structure, and clarity to a dynamic leader and organization.
Highlights:
Location: Middle River, MD (on-site; hybrid flexibility after ramp-up)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Experience: 7–15 years supporting senior executives or business owners
Preferred backgrounds: Distribution, Industrial, Construction, or OEM sectors
