Associate Search Manager - Paid Search

The Opportunity

The Redda Group is partnering with an established, independent performance marketing agency to identify an Associate Search Manager for an immediate opening. This is a hands-on paid search opportunity for someone who enjoys managing campaigns, analyzing results, and independently finding ways to improve performance.

You will manage and optimize paid search campaigns and share insights and recommendations with an Account Director and clients. The Account Director owns the overall client relationship; you will be the person who can speak confidently to search execution, results, and next steps.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Performance Max and emerging campaign types.
• Monitor budgets, pacing, bids, keywords, conversion performance, and campaign quality.
• Analyze results using Google Ads reporting and Excel; translate trends into actionable recommendations.
• Identify and propose testing ideas and optimization opportunities without waiting for direction.
• Partner with Account Directors and colleagues to align search execution with client objectives.
• Participate in client calls and clearly explain paid search performance, recommendations, and results.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate, timely campaign execution.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with the ability to manage and optimize campaigns.
• Familiarity with Performance Max and current Google Ads capabilities, including AI Max.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills, with examples of data-driven optimization.
• A proactive approach: you notice opportunities, propose tests, and follow through.
• Clear communication and comfort contributing paid search insights on client calls.
• Agency experience preferred, particularly in an environment supporting multiple accounts.
• Experience with Microsoft Advertising, Search Ads 360, or complementary digital marketing channels is valued.
