- Maintain food safety standards by adhering to sanitizing procedures, proper food handling, and storage protocols.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as marinating, seasoning, and portioning ingredients for optimal flavor and presentation.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, knives, poaching equipment, braising pots, and other culinary tools.
- Support high-volume food production during busy service hours while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness.

Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or food industry setting, especially with grilling techniques.

- Demonstrated skills in culinary techniques such as braising, poaching, knife skills, and food production methods.
- Experience working in fine dining or high-volume kitchens is preferred.
