What You'll Do:
Create Amazing First Impressions
- Welcome guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure a smooth seating experience
- Answer phones and assist guests with questions
Keep Service Running Smoothly
- Coordinate seating with servers and managers
- Monitor dining room flow and table availability
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Help maintain a positive guest experience throughout service
Be a Hospitality Ambassador
- Provide information about menu specials, events, and promotions
- Handle guest concerns professionally and positively
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance area
- Help create an atmosphere where guests feel valued and appreciated
