Position Overview:
The Content Strategist at The Red Hats plays a key role in shaping and executing data-driven content strategies across digital channels. This role focuses on aligning content with business goals, improving brand visibility, and driving measurable engagement and conversions for clients across multiple industries.
You will work closely with marketing, design, SEO, and development teams to ensure all content is consistent, optimized, and aligned with performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for websites, blogs, landing pages, and digital campaigns
- Conduct audience research and market analysis to identify content opportunities
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize content for search engines and organic growth
- Create content frameworks, editorial calendars, and messaging guidelines
- Analyze content performance metrics and continuously improve strategy based on data
- Work with designers and developers to ensure content aligns with UX/UI and brand identity
- Oversee content quality, tone, and consistency across all digital platforms
- Support marketing campaigns with strategic storytelling and conversion-focused messaging
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- 3 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or copywriting
- Strong understanding of SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
- Experience working in a digital agency or fast-paced marketing environment
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Ability to translate business goals into effective content strategies
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Pay: $37.00 - $43.00 per hour
